In 1888 the Dormitory was built in Castana, Iowa to house teachers who taught at the Castana Consolidated Independent School. In 2013 it was moved to rural Castana, remodeled and became a home. Here is a large game room/living space with a three/fourths bath and a sixth bedroom with an attached three/fourths bath. This 2.5 (+ or -) acreage has a new 40 x 80 metal building.
